Rojavanam Paramedical College was started by “ROJAVANAM TRUST” which was registered in the year 2013 under Tamil Nadu Trust Registration Act.
The founders of Rojavanam Paramedical College have vast experience in community development activities and have very good rapport with downtrodden communities for years. According to the World Health Organization’s recommendations, one doctor requires at least 8 support health personnel and this means that India needs more than 12 lakhs doctors and about 96 lakhs support staff.
In addition, the strength of support personnel is also inadequate and developing use of technology in the field of medicine has resulted in a number of specializations. Hence there is a growing demand for trained personnel in the field of medicine.
At the same time there is growing number of unemployment in the country which affects the rural youth much. Rojavanam Paramedical College was started to cater these pressing needs. Though started with the Health Inspector / Sanitary Inspector Training Course, in future the college will cover all subjects related to medicine.

Our mission is to “DEVELOP” the talents of our youth by eminent faculty members to create applicable knowledge in the field of Paramedical science to support the health care system.

To establish Paramedical College so that the students of remote areas of Tamil Nadu can be benefited
To promote, encourage, educate and train people in Paramedical Science.
To provide the adequate training for unemployed youth and to help them for setting up under self employment schemes
To provide the training to youth for primary medical aid.
To provide skill and basic information to the Community Health Practitioners.
To affiliate institution, imparting education, training or conducting research in the field of Paramedical in India and abroad.
To enlist accord on experience basis to the deserving qualified technicians, technical students and those passing adequate experience of Paramedical technology.
Job Scopes in Medical Sciences
With the development of medical sciences and complex medical equipments, demand for qualified and trained paramedical manpower is growing. According to the World Health Organization’s recommendations, one doctor requires at least 8 support health personnel and this means that India needs more than 12 lakhs doctors and about 96 lakhs support staff. In addition, the strength of support personnel is also inadequate and developing use of technology in the field of medicine has resulted in a number of specializations, super specializations and sub specializations. Most of us are already award of the importance and role of lab technologist, pharmacist and nurses. In addition, there are more than 50 specializations in paramedical and allied areas that are thoroughly job oriented and offer ample job opportunities as well.
