Rojavanam Paramedical College is offering Multipurpose Health Worker (Male) / Health Inspector / Sanitary Inspector Course during this academic year  The duration of the course will be 2 years from 2018 – 2019 onwards.

 

PURPOSE OF THE COURSE

The purpose of the Multi Purpose Health Worker (Male) / Health Inspector / Sanitary Inspector course is to prepare a Multi Purpose Health Worker (Male) / Health Inspector / Sanitary Inspector to function at the community level/with specific skills to fulfil the health needs of the community.  They will be an active link between the community and the health care system.

 

ADMISSION NORMS / CONDITIONS

  • Admission shall be for male candidates only
  • The minimum age for admission shall be 18 years on the 1st day of June of the year in which application is made
  • Maximum age limit for admission shall be 28 years.
  • The minimum educational qualification shall be a pass Certificate in the  Higher Secondary Government examination with Biology or Zoology and Botany and must have passed Tamil as a subject in 10th standard level
  • Admission is subjected to satisfactory submission of medical examination report

 

Following annexure are to be attached with the filled in application form  

  1. Original +2 Mark Sheet
  2. Original Transfer certificate from the institution last studied
  3. Physical fitness certificate obtained from a Registered Medical Practitioner

 

3 copies of the following certificates attested by Gazetted Officer

3 copies of latest passport size photo of the candidate

Course Structure

In the first year of the program, students are trained in the functional areas of management. The aim is to ensure conceptual clarity in all fields of management. In the second year, students can opt for one of the functional specializations offered by the institute viz., Marketing, Finance, HR, IT and Operations.
