Rojavanam Trust was registered in 2013 under Tamil Nadu Trust Act.The constituent Educational institutions under the trusts are Rojavanam Paramedical College and Rojavanam ParamedicalCollege of Nursing.The headquarters of the trust is in Nagercoil.Thanks to our Exceptional hard work and perseverance,the Trust could support the poor and uncared School children free of cost.In Order to support old,poor,helpless and hapless men and women,the Trust runs homes in a places almost all over the state.We conduct a 2 year Health Inspector Course in Rojavanam Paramedical College, Nagercoil.Currently 125 Students are being taught and trained in Health Inspector Course.This course is approved by the Govt.of Tamil Nadu as per G.o.(Ms) No/393 dated 8.11.2017 and G.O.(Ms) no 162 dated 27.04.2018.Besides being imparted a great deal of Health Oriented Knowledge to our Students we bring out the best and desirable qualities and value in them by offering extra-Curricular and co-curricular activities through Youth Red Cross (YRC) Rover Scouts, Red Ribbon club (HIV and AIDS),Yoga center,Tamil Sangam,Friends for Nature club,English club,Disaster Management Team,Anti Narcotic Club,First aid training center,and Fine Arts Club.As a result of our hard work and rigorous training our 21 Rover Scouts acquired Rajya Puraskar Award from His Excellency the Governor of Tamil Nadu at Raj Bhavan,Chennai.
All the members of the Staff have sense of Commitment and dedication.We have qualified faculty members and all are Veterans,dedicated and committed. One of the achievements this year is that we have conducted a National Seminar on Healthcare and National Development on 30.04.2019 and 1.05.2019 at Kanyakumari,the South most tip of India.So far we have 125 Field activities for the Students under the supervision of our college teaching faculty members and government officials of Primary Health Center (PHC).I am very much impressed by the qualitative development and magnificent growth of Rojavanam Paramedical College. We are always after discipline. We pay special attention in bringing out the best Skill(s) in them.Equally important is that we impart knowledge along with values and virtues.There is no compromise the matter of discipline.The result is as much as possible their personality is developed. Not a mere Health Inspector or ANM that we produce but a man or women of noble qualities.We produce good citizens.I am happy to see the overall developments in a short period. I wish all those who work for the Rojavanam Paramedical College,all the very best to serve with Still more Vigor in the days to come.
